Sunday Worship Service

Sundays @ 10 am

Our Sunday Worship Service is a casual but powerful experience that is an essential part of our community here at Eastridge. What you can expect is a conversational style sermon with memorable and uplifting music to go along with a familial atmosphere. Please, don't worry about what to wear, we just want you to join us.

All are welcome wherever you are on the journey.

Youth Ministry

We are a diverse collection of teenagers and leaders from many different walks of life who come together each week to hang-out with friends and talk about those things that really matter to us. We meet at Eastridge Community Church Wednesday nights from 6:30 to 8:30 and Sunday mornings from 11:00 to 12:00. All students grades 7 through 12 are welcome to join!

On Wednesday nights we spend one hour doing Bible study and the other hanging-out and playing games. Sunday mornings we get together after the service to talk about the message and go into more depth. In both cases our studies are conversation driven and students are encouraged to ask their
questions and chal- lenge ideas in a respect- ful way. We study hard and we play hard: the games we play are a highlight of the week for many students!

At Eastridge Community Church our core value is relationship. Everything we do is intended to bring us closer in our relationship to God and to each other.

Jesus provided a good example of how to do this in the New Testament by the way he invested in other people and always made time for God. We are welcoming, accepting, honest, caring, respectful, confidential, forgiving and prayerful because Jesus was all these things and we are striving to be more like him. The result is a relaxed atmosphere that feels like a second family: a safe place where we can just be ourselves and encourage each other along the way.

We make it a point to spend time with our extended family outside of our Wednesday and Sunday routines by planning game nights, movie nights, Nerf battles, lock- ins, retreats, service projects and other special events. The church also supports the youth ministry by provid- ing a Contact Ministry fund for students who'd like to get together with one of our youth leaders for something to eat and a chance to talk. If you would like to meet with our youth pastor, please call the church at 218-722-1545 or email him at caleb@eastridgechurchduluth.com and he will be happy to set up a time! Also, if you are on Facebook, check out our group page: The Ridge!

Children's Ministry

Children's Ministries At Eastridge Has Five Goals:

  • Bible literacy – We want the children at Eastridge to know their Bibles. Our curriculum in High Adventure, On the Way and The Quest teaches all of the major stories and themes of the Old and New Testament using active, hands-on learning.
  • Salvation – Our goal for the children at Eastridge is that they know Jesus as their personal savior and friend. We are unashamedly evangelistic.
  • Application – Faith is more than just understanding God's teachings. It is living out God's values in our day-to-day choices and behavior.
  • Scripture memorization – God's Word can be with us everywhere and at all times if it is in our minds and hearts. At Eastridge, we help children memorize Scripture using music, games and activities.
  • Relationship building – As children approach their teen years, peer relationships become more important. At Eastridge we help children and early adolescents develop healthy friendships with other Christian young people and adults.
