Mon. 5:15 PM & Thurs. 5:30 PM - Beginner / Gentle Flow Yoga
Learn and explore the fundamental poses and movements with breathing. Great for all levels and age groups
to get your stretch on!
Mon. 6:30 PM - Vinyasa Flow
In this class, students will move between poses with their breath. Focusing on flexibility and strength - Similar to "power yoga " style. Students will also be introduced to more advanced pose options. Some yoga experience is recommended, but not required.
Saturday Morning Yoga 9:30 AM:
A flow style plus Hatha yoga combo. Suitable for all age levels. You can take this class at your own pace, modifications will be given for more challenging poses. Perfect way to get your body moving, or turn your brain off and relax for the weekend!
