Fall 2018 Class Schedule
Monday's: Beginner / Gentle Yoga
Learn and explore yoga's fundamental poses. This class incorporates somatic movements blended with classic poses and gentle flows. Great for all levels and ages. Poses are taught with modifications suitable for beginners or those healing from injury. Also, a great class during pregnancy and postpartum.
*NEW CLASS* Wednesday's: Lunchtime Flow
This "Vinyasa Flow Class"is perfect for busy mom's or working folks who want a mid-day energy boost. We will move through vinyasa yoga poses and flows, ending with a relaxing shivasana, Scripture/devotionals and breath work. Vinyasa Flow incorporates more challenging yoga poses and moves at a faster pace than beginner yoga. Poses can be modified for any yogi level. Students will also have the option of taking a longer rest time (shivasana) at the end of class.
*SPECIAL CLASS* Tuesday, October 16th:
Yoga Pilates Mashup Class
This Mash-up Class features a 30-minute pilates workout taught by Mary Serre, registered pilates instructor, followed by a 30-minute relaxing yoga practice led by Lindsey Asbury, certified yoga instructor.
As always, childcare will be provided.
